Hi, I’m Madison — scientist, writer, and the woman behind resilienSHE
Unfortunately, some of the strongest, most hardworking, and successful women I know are also the most burnt out. resilienSHE was born out of that space between breakdown and breakthrough.
For me, burnout didn’t just take my energy — it took my confidence, my curiosity, and my sense of purpose. After finishing my PhD while building a startup biotech company, I didn’t just burn out- I crashed and then burned. So, I did something I had never done before: I stopped. I rested — really rested. I read, I wrote, I cooked, I healed. Slowly, I started to feel like myself again.
